Founded 25 years ago in August of 1989, the House of Panama is a non-political, non-sectarian, non-profit 501(c)3 organization. Our mission is to present the traditions, music and culture of the Republic of Panama in San Diego, California.
We are currently focused on building an International Cottage in Balboa Park for the Balboa Park Centennial Celebration.
To celebrate our past accomplishments and our future goals, we have decided to hold a contest to design our new logo.
Contest
The contest is open to the general public from March 26 –
- The logo should work well on white and colored backgrounds.
- Hand drawn logos will be accepted.
Include your Name, Phone Number and email address with your entry. Entries must be submitted by email to house_of_panama@yahoo.com
All entries will be reviewed and voted on by the House of Panama Board and Members.
Prize
The designer of the winning logo will be announced on our website. As the winner, you will receive free membership to the House of Panama for 2016. You will also be formally recognized at our Summer Lawn program on August 9, 2015.
Copyright and Usage
Please note that House of Panama will retain the copyright for any artwork selected for use as the new logo.
