The House of Panama (HOP) provides an opportunity for young ladies to participate as ambassadors representing the heritage, traditions, beauty, and values of the Panamanian culture; to the House of Pacific Relations (HPR) Queens Organization.
Membership in the HPR Queen's organization consists of one queen and no more than six princesses and/or junior princesses. The HPR Queens Organization is a patriotic, educational, cultural, non-political, non-sectarian organization created for the female youth members of the Houses of the Pacific Relations, Inc.

Each year the House of Panama, as needed, will seek candidates to participate as representatives to the HPR Queens organization. The HOP has established a Queens Standing Committee to oversee, coordinate and administer the queens program.
